District 1 Companies were dispatched up onto Rt 287 between Exits 10 amp 12 for the reported brush fire. Upon arrival of Car 28 an area of about 100×50 was found burning in the center median next to the Elizabeth Ave. bridge. Engine 26-3nbspextinguished the fire with no complications.
