Engine 26-3, Hamzat 26, and 26B on MVC With Entrapment & Fly-Out

pAt 430pm the District 1 Companies were dispatched to the area of Blackwells Mills Rd ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanCanal Rd. for the Motor Vehicle Collision with fire. With the arrival of the Franklin Fire Inspectors companies were updated with 2 separate entrapments and 1 patient unconscious. The NorthStar Med-Evac Helicopter was also requested due to the severity of injuries. Engine 26-3 ampnbspspan fcktemp1spanHazmat 26 arrived First Due and went to work stretching lines and providing patient care. Rescue 56 arrived and started extrication on both vehicles while the crews from Engine 44-2 amp Squad 28 set up a landing zone on scene. Once both extrications were completed crews assisted EMSnbspspan fcktemp1spanpersonnel with moving the patient to the helicopter. After all hazards were mitigated the scene was then turned over to PD. 26-B initially had command which was later transferred to 28-A.brp
