Ladder and Engine into Bound Brook

pShortly after 700pm the Bound Brook Fire Department was dispatched to 354 Vosseller Ave. for the structure fire. Companies arriving on scene were met with heavy fire from a 2 12 story residence. A 2nd alarm was immediately requested by 23-C3 bringing in a Ladder and an Engine from Station 26 along with other mutual aid companies. Ladder 26 responded with Engine 26-3 following shortly after. Car 26 was already on scene and advised the Ladder that they would be standing by as the R.I.C. Rapid Intervention Company with Rescue 56. Engine 26-3 was redirected to stand by at Engine 23-103s firehouse to cover the Borough. Station 26 units returned to the District and were back in service by 900pm.br nbspp
