The drill involved numerous Fire EMS and Police agencies from Franklin Township Manville and Millstone Borough. The scenario was based on an inspan classtextexposedhide…spanspan classtextexposedshowcident of a capsized canoe and involved ground and water searches along the Millstone River between the ManvilleWeston Causeway and the north end of Lost Valley.
