Earlier this fall, construction started on the new Hazmat 26 at the Pierce factory in Wisconsin. Here are a couple pictures from the latest report that was sent to us. We are expecting a delivery date near the end of January.

HAZMAT DRILL
Station 26 held our semi monthly Haz Mat drill. This months scenario involved an unknown substance that once identified was extremely flammable. Level A teams were withdrawn and hi expansion foam was applied.

Hazmat Meet & Greet
For this month's Hazmat training, Station 26 met with the Somerset County Hazmat Team. Both teams reviewed each other's equipment, discussed operations, and future training topics. We work closely with the county team on incidents and this type of review helps the two organizations operate safer and more efficiently.
